Processing Time

ALL ITEMS LISTED ON OUR WEBSITE ARE IN STOCK IN THE UAE AND READY FOR IMMEDIATE DISPATCH.

All orders placed by 2:00 PM (Monday to Friday) will be dispatched on the same day. Orders placed after this time will be dispatched on the next working day.

Please note that processing times may be longer during peak seasons due to increased order volumes.

You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been dispatched, including tracking information to monitor your delivery.

                             

UAE DELIVERIES 

We understand the importance of receiving your delivery promptly.

To help you select the most suitable option, we’ve detailed the available delivery methods below:

Standard Delivery – AED 25
• Next Day Delivery (up to 10 PM)
• Orders must be placed by 2 PM
• Delivered by Quiqup

Premium Delivery – AED 40 (Dubai only)
• Same Day Delivery – within 4 hours
• Orders must be placed by 4 PM
• Delivered by Porter

International Deliveries:

Our International orders are fulfilled by DHL.

It is an express delivery service that guarantees delivery within 1-4 working days, depending on your location .

Customers are responsible for any customs duties or charges applicable in their home country.

ANIYA has no control over these charges and cannot provide estimates, as customs policies and import duties vary significantly between countries.

To avoid unexpected costs, we recommend contacting your local customs office for information on current charges before placing your order.

Any rejected deliveries will incur additional charges to cover return shipping costs, which will be deducted from the refund amount.
